The idea of floating relaxes and contours up images of boats, leaves, people, other objects without a directing, or worry. This abstracted water base media piece has all those qualities associated with it. The colors are vibrant but the tranquilness of it is calming. Patterns and repeated shapes gives the painting a feeling of subtle movements.

Bio
<p>Jennifer Luce is a born and raised San Diego artist. She went to Stanford University where she studied studio art/art history and went onto UCLA as a graduate student in art education. She taught art in Del Mar Union School District and private schools for over 25 years. She has shown her own work across the country and has many pieces in private collections along the west coast. She currently is focusing on drawing, paintings and college in her San Diego North County studio.</p>
